‘Tis better to be employed than unemployed. Amen, and amen.

I feel it’s imperative that I repeat this one to myself whenever I get discontented or frustrated, because the last few years have not been kind in the American job market.

If you’re having a slow day at work, I highly recommend trying out a new Pandora station. Enter in “Count Basie” and it’s guaranteed to improve your mood. Unless you hate swingy jazz.
